Agribusiness
Will’s career has focussed on direct on farm consultancy for over thirty years. His reputation in the New Zealand agriculture industry is well established and highly respected by industry groups.
Over the years Will has:
- Established and operated one of New Zealand’s largest beef finishing operations (32,000 head of cattle)
- Assisted New Zealand best practice development through agriculture graduate direct training, Massey University lecturing, and specific lamb and beef monitoring programmes
- A previous member of one of New Zealand’s leading banks for direct agribusiness investment (debt and equity)
- Lead advisor and consultant to large farming businesses and the fast developing Maori farm investment programmes
Will serves as a director on a number of agribusiness companies, a trustee to some long established family agribusinesses. He is a member of the Institute of Directors, as the founding Chairman for the Bay of Plenty branch and served on the Institute of Directors National council.
